What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex Engineering, Product, and GTM searches from sourcing through signed offer.
• Partner with technical leaders to define role requirements, target companies, talent lists, compensation frameworks, and closing plans.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and map competitive AI/ML and engineering talent markets.
• Run structured candidate processes with clear communication, timely feedback, and accurate pipeline data.
• Drive offers, negotiations, closing, and offer-letter generation.
• Improve recruiting operations through interview-loop design, interviewer training, scorecards, and data-driven calibration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Direct experience hiring for deeply technical Engineering and AI/ML roles.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, NLP, neural networks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and MLOps practices.
• Experience using AI tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, negotiation, operational rigor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid NYC-Metro environment.

• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• Both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing within niche technical markets and developing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Experience presenting recruiting data to senior stakeholders and building diverse, inclusive teams.
