Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $70–$90 per hour, based on 40 hours per week. The rate may vary by location or level.

What you will do

• Own technical searches end to end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Recruit across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical functions, including specialized and senior-level roles.
• Partner with technical leaders on recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, interview design, and difficult hiring challenges.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, creative outreach, and AI-enabled tools.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring results.
• Experiment with AI and new technologies while maintaining a high-touch, candidate-focused experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven success recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Data, Security, or other technical functions.
• Experience independently managing complex, hard-to-fill searches and a significant requisition load.
• Advanced sourcing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience advising technical leaders and using recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve results.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment and adapt quickly.
