What you will do
- Manage sales targets and ensure sales programs are executed effectively in the assigned area.
- Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
- Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Lead and monitor approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and their daily activities.
- Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are properly placed in stores.
Requirements
- Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership, team and area management, communication, and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Placement in Lombok, Indonesia is required.
