The role supports sales promotion and field operations for financial services programs in the Kupang area.
What you will do
- Manage area sales targets and ensure assigned programs meet their objectives.
- Visit merchants daily and build strong relationships with store PICs.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
- Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.
Requirements
- Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team and area management skills.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales within financial services, such as insurance or unit trusts.
