Project Executive (AI Data Centers)

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site. Travel to multiple project sites may be required, up to 40%.

Salary: $238,000–$280,000 annually, plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex, multi-site AI data center construction projects.
• Oversee project delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Build and lead teams of construction industry professionals.
• Coordinate with Spark, cloud, networking, factory, and other internal teams.
• Manage large-scale project budgets and oversee current and potential project sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience on mission-critical projects.
• Proven record of delivering challenging projects on time and on or under budget.
• Deep understanding of construction practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, battery energy storage facilities, substations, or complex manufacturing facilities is preferred.
