Talent Acquisition Lead

What you will do

• Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across retail, cafe, customer experience, and supply chain roles.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple markets while maintaining candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers and site leaders to forecast hiring needs, define hiring standards, and keep requisitions moving.
• Develop sourcing channels, organize hiring events, and support expansion into new markets.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting efficiency.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, new-hire reviews, and exit interviews, while supporting onboarding handoffs and orientation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume hourly hiring.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, customer experience, or supply chain recruiting.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions and candidates.
• Ability to advise hiring managers, provide feedback, and improve recruiting processes.
• Interest and experience in using AI tools thoughtfully to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

• Understanding of taste, design, luxury, and hospitality-oriented brands.
• Interest in travel, hiring events, and brand expansion.
