Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, product, and design roles from intake through offer close.
• Build technical talent pipelines through direct outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, industry events, and university partnerships.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and predictive analytics to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and scorecards while tracking time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, and hiring manager NPS.
• Advise engineering and product leaders on market data, technical role definitions, compensation, calibration, and offer strategy.
• Strengthen inclusive hiring, employer branding, and high-touch candidate experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in technology or mobile-first companies.
• Ability to understand engineering job descriptions and technology stacks and communicate credibly with technical hiring managers.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using recruiting metrics, building technical interview frameworks, and creating scorecards and assessment rubrics.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or comparable ATS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
