Manager, Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $92,500–$130,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and corporate functions within the Mobility department.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand, define priorities, and develop workforce and staffing strategies.
• Manage, coach, develop, and hold recruiters and recruiting support staff accountable for performance and results.
• Improve sourcing, selection, hiring speed, candidate experience, workflows, and recruiting scalability.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, trends, workload, productivity, vendor performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Implement recruiting technology, automation, and AI responsibly to improve sourcing, assessment, and recruiter productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Two or more years of leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, candidate assessment, selection, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment and hiring.
• Strong leadership, communication, consultation, negotiation, analytical, project management, and change management skills.
