Recruiting & Talent Lead

Location: Brooklyn, United States; hybrid

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruiting plans.
• Create job postings, manage job boards, participate in recruiting events, and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and 401(k) through the PEO.
• Manage employee and contractor records, offboarding, and equity coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in the technology industry.
• Demonstrated success closing technical candidates in a competitive market.
• Working knowledge of US employment basics.
• Ability to operate independently and under ambiguity.
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.
