Mobile Financial Services Representative-1

Location: Ottawa-Billings Bridge Plaza, Ottawa, ON; onsite full-time. The role is based inside Costco warehouses, requires commuting between nearby warehouse kiosks, and includes rotational shifts Monday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and some statutory holidays.

What you will do

• Engage Costco members to understand immediate financial needs and identify longer-term opportunities.
• Sell chequing and savings accounts and provide information about mortgages, Investor’s Edge, and registered products.
• Refer clients to banking centre colleagues for non-deposit account advice and servicing.
• Deliver consistent client service, meet sales targets, process transactions, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Promote mobile and online banking options and help clients use digital banking tools.
• Open or close the kiosk when required while maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and conversation skills for proactive client engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a self-managed environment and meet performance goals.
• Digital confidence and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Availability for full-time onsite work, rotational shifts, weekends, some statutory holidays, and commuting between nearby Costco warehouses.
