Mobile Financial Services Representative (Financial Services)

Location: Burlington, Ontario; full-time on-site work inside Costco warehouses. Rotational shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and some statutory holidays. Commuting between nearby Costco warehouses is required.

What you will do

• Engage Costco members to understand immediate financial needs and identify longer-term opportunities.
• Open and sell chequing and savings accounts and provide information about mortgages, Investor’s Edge, and registered products.
• Refer clients to Banking Centre colleagues for non-deposit account advice and servicing.
• Deliver consistent client service and achieve sales and performance targets.
• Process transactions, maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and protect client confidentiality.
• Promote mobile and online banking by demonstrating digital banking options.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and conversational skills for proactive client engagement.
• Goal-oriented, client-focused, digitally savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools.
• Ability to work in a self-managed environment with rotational shifts, weekends, and some statutory holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
