Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time at the Windsor banking centre, 66 Gerrish St., Windsor, NS, Canada. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and network development.
• Connect clients with appropriate specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, teamwork, and accountability skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
