Financial Services Representative

Location: Courtenay-Driftwood Mall, Courtenay, BC, Canada; on-site full-time

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide guidance across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, and networking.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres when required.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-conscious, and relationship-driven approach.
• Critical thinking, teamwork, accountability, and willingness to continue learning.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
