TL;DR
Senior Talent Management Partner (Oil & Gas and Marine): Implementing talent management processes, development programs, and enterprise talent initiatives for Caterpillar’s Oil & Gas and Marine Division with an accent on talent strategy, employee development, engagement, and retention. Focus on influencing leadership decisions, facilitating change management, using data to measure impact, and building a future-ready organization.

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite five days a week. Travel up to 20%. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year

hirify.global’s Oil and Gas and Marine Division provides engineered oilfield and drilling equipment, repair and certification, asset management, operations and maintenance, and field engineering services for the global energy and marine industries.

What you will do

  • Implement site and regional talent management processes, programs, and practices.
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead enterprise talent processes and initiatives for the division.
  • Design innovative employee development and training programs.
  • Evaluate talent practices, facilitate related change management, and recommend improvements.
  • Use data and insights to inform talent decisions and strengthen employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Knowledge of talent management, including attracting, retaining, identifying, and developing talent.
  • Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies.
  • Ability to influence decisions, manage multiple priorities, solve organizational problems, and gather and report data.
  • Experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, organizational development, or similar work.
  • Onsite presence in Houston five days per week is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
