HR Business Partner (Compute)

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office; salary information is specified for the United States, in Texas.

Salary: USD 92,600–213,500 annual base salary in Texas, United States. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Advise regional, country, and business segment leaders on talent strategies and workforce priorities.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and coaching culture.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and HR Services to align HR programs with organizational objectives.
• Support complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives.
• Contribute to local and global business planning and strategic risk mitigation.
• Coach senior leaders on talent management strategies using emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, program implementation, and HR Business Partner work.
• Knowledge of local and regional labor, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and insight storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
