Senior Manager, Global Leadership Development

Location: Hybrid, within commuting distance of Andover, Massachusetts, United States. Travel of up to 30% is required. Relocation benefits are not available.

Salary: $135,000–$225,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale global leadership development strategies and programs.
• Own and deploy high-potential leadership programs while developing a roadmap for future initiatives.
• Partner with senior executives, HR business partners, and talent leaders to identify leadership capability gaps.
• Build leadership capabilities through high-quality learning experiences and global, cross-cultural programs.
• Integrate leadership development with talent management and succession planning.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership programs at scale in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of leadership frameworks, adult learning principles, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing at the leadership level.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications, such as coaching or organizational development credentials.
• Experience with Articulate, Synthesia, Canva, or similar learning authoring tools.
• Experience with leadership assessments and psychometric tools, including 360s, Hogan, or Korn Ferry.
• Background in change management or culture transformation initiatives.
