Construction & Engineering TA Team Lead (Recruitment/Construction & Engineering): Leading a talent acquisition team while managing complex end-to-end searches for construction, engineering, and technical roles with an accent on team coaching, targeted sourcing, client management, and recruitment quality. Focus on building specialised talent pipelines, resolving difficult hiring and candidate issues, improving recruiter capability, and tracking delivery performance.
Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. Work schedule: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Manila time.

What you will do
- Lead Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior/Principal Talent Acquisition Partners supporting construction, engineering, and technical recruitment.
- Manage an active recruitment slate and deliver end-to-end hiring for complex and hard-to-fill client roles.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialised construction and engineering positions.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to calibrate technical requirements, assess candidates, and manage recruitment updates.
- Coach recruiters, review shortlists and assessments, and lead training on sourcing, interviewing, technical recruitment, and client management.
- Monitor recruitment OKRs, pipeline health, quality, compliance, and delivery performance while handling escalations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of recruitment experience, including significant exposure to construction, engineering, technical, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, supervising, or leading recruitment professionals in an agency, RPO, BPO, or in-house environment.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, technical candidate assessment, interviewing, sourcing, client management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing specialised searches, recruitment escalations, multiple pipelines, performance metrics, and hiring targets.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, networking, Boolean search, recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zoho.
- Agency, RPO, BPO, or multi-client recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for the Australian construction or engineering market.
