What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify staffing needs for independent contractors.
• Source qualified 1099 talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific project requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial offer to contract execution.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors to ensure assignment satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Ensure all contractor placements comply with relevant tax, legal, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting 1099 independent contractors.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Workday Recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
