What you will do

• Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand staffing needs for 1099 independent contractors.
• Source qualified contractor candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, social media, and search engines.
• Interview, test, and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and project suitability.
• Guide contractors through offers, contract execution, and placement on client assignments.
• Maintain communication with contractors, resolve assignment issues, and support satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Explain and monitor compliance with tax, legal, and independent-contractor requirements while tracking market compensation trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Previous experience recruiting 1099 independent contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, telephone communication, multitasking, organization, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Workday Recruiting, and internet-based sourcing tools.
• A bachelor's degree is desired.
