Recruitment Associate - Contractor

What you will do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify applicants against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records, application statuses, trackers, and hiring documentation in Workday and other ATS platforms.
• Support offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, recruitment reporting, and pipeline updates.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams while supporting job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and follow hiring policies, documentation requirements, and SLAs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms.
• Exposure to high-volume hiring, BPO, shared services, or fintech environments.
• Experience with recruitment agencies or external vendors.
• Knowledge of onboarding, recruitment reporting, and hiring administration.
