Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist (Technical Recruiting/People Operations): Managing full-cycle recruitment and employee lifecycle operations for a global freelancing marketplace with an accent on technical talent acquisition, employee relations, HR analytics, and culture building. Focus on designing sourcing strategies, resolving complex administrative cases, improving HR policies and benefits, and using data to strengthen engagement and compliance.

What you will do
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Represent the employer brand at industry events, technology meetups, university career fairs, and online communities.
- Design onboarding and employee engagement initiatives that support culture, wellbeing, collaboration, and work-life balance.
- Analyze HR data and metrics, administer benefits, and improve people processes and systems.
- Manage employee relations and administrative cases, including investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and consultation with legal advisers.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, including hiring engineers, product managers, AI specialists, and other technical professionals.
- Experience in People Operations, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, and HR data analysis.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases sensitively and fairly.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, initiative, pragmatism, and data-oriented decision-making.
