APAC Technical Manager - Mineral Processing

Location: Lara, Australia; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Coordinate the development and validation of new mineral processing products, technologies, and processes.
• Lead technology research and implement actions to improve yield and selectivity in mining processes.
• Bridge technical discussions between customers and the sales team on major projects.
• Evaluate products being launched and generate technical data for decision-making.
• Coordinate technical personnel and flotation laboratory activities, including resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Represent the APAC Mineral Processing segment within the global technology community and lead a team of three direct reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in mineral processing, chemical research, formulation, and/or application development.
• Experience coordinating technical activities and leading or guiding technical personnel.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in a matrix organisation is desirable.
