Senior ServiceNow Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $95,800–$124,500 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Build custom applications, integrations, workflows, and enhancements across the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and automate ITSM workflows for incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce, data warehouses, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, scheduled jobs, Integration Hub, event notifications, and outbound web services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, improve platform efficiency, and follow ServiceNow SDLC standards.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, business rules, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Broad understanding of ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITIL processes.
• Must be based in the United States; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
