Knowledge Management Attorney - Private Companies

Location: Seattle, United States; hybrid schedule required with in-office presence and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: $225,000–$320,000 annual pay, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Identify, draft, and maintain standard forms, precedents, guidance materials, and knowledge for assigned practice groups.
• Coordinate the collection, deployment, and maintenance of legal forms and practice-group knowledge across the firm’s software portfolio.
• Partner with product managers, practitioners, engineers, QA, legal engineering, and operations to develop tools, processes, data products, and automated workflows.
• Prioritize form collection, template automation, and automated testing based on business value, user feedback, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop automated testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing methodologies for digital legal platforms.
• Identify risks in legal work product created with AI-powered and deterministic software and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Seattle with regular office presence and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.
• Four or more years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with a large law firm.
• Active bar membership in good standing or registered in-house counsel status in relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction of the assigned office where applicable.
• Juris Doctor degree or non-US equivalent.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and risks.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel when required.
