SVP, Product Management – Data Products & Strategy (Healthcare Data)

Location: Remote, USA. In-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City require occasional travel for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy and multi-year vision for Data as a Product.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and long-term success of customer-facing data products, APIs, interoperability services, marketplace capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify new business models, revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem capabilities enabled by data assets and network scale.
• Set investment priorities, resource allocation decisions, portfolio metrics, pricing frameworks, packaging, customer access models, and commercial strategies.
• Align Product, Engineering, AI, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Go-to-Market, and the Corporate Data Office around data strategy and execution.
• Lead and scale a product leadership organization through senior leaders, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, technology, data products, platform strategy, enterprise software, or related disciplines.
• Proven success defining and executing enterprise-level product, growth, or business strategies with measurable customer and financial impact.
• Experience leading large, complex product or technology organizations through multiple layers of leadership and significant organizational change.
• Deep expertise in data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplaces, ecosystems, data monetization, AI-enabled products, and data-driven business models.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen, including portfolio investment decisions, business cases, risk management, regulatory requirements, and intellectual property protection.

• Experience leading marketplace, ecosystem, platform, or data monetization strategies.
• Healthcare technology, post-acute care, payer, provider, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience engaging industry analysts, strategic partners, customer advisory groups, or external industry bodies.
