Senior Account Manager (Hematology)

Location: Queensland, Australia; posting location: Osborne Park, Western Australia, Australia. The role involves territory execution and customer-facing work across Queensland.

What you will do

• Lead sales performance and territory execution across the Queensland hematology portfolio.
• Build strategic relationships with public and private healthcare stakeholders and key accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen portfolio performance.
• Communicate complex clinical and technical information in a credible and commercially effective way.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer experiences and sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales success, ideally in specialty care, hospital, or other complex healthcare environments.
• Commercial acumen, including the ability to identify opportunities, interpret insights, and tailor customer engagement.
• Experience navigating complex account environments and working with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and awareness of the competitive landscape.
• High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and commitment to improving patient and customer outcomes.
• Ability to work across the Queensland territory in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience in hematology or oncology.
