Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Yopp Road-Jacksonville

Location: On-site in Jacksonville, North Carolina, United States; may require working at or transferring permanently to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $19.38–$22.50 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on checking, savings, certificates, IRA, trust, estate, lending, and card products.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and cross-service relevant products.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.
