Embedded AI Expert

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Work with customers to operationalize program strategies using hirify.global’s Opera self-service product.
• Configure keyword and utterance rules to identify key moments in contact center conversations and trigger actions.
• Use voice analytics tools to identify emerging topics, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Build insight and performance reports and respond to ad hoc business analysis requests.
• Align customer business priorities with contact center operations and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support customer analysts while collaborating with hirify.global teams to maximize solution value.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Contact center experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with senior-level customer executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex data and producing actionable recommendations.
• Comfort working with SaaS software and quickly adapting to new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
