Financial Services Representative II

Location: Windsor, Ontario, Canada; onsite full-time. The role may require working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their goals and priorities.
• Provide tailored advice and financial plans covering cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Recommend suitable banking products and connect clients with the right specialists and opportunities.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, and networking.
• Help clients use mobile banking applications and manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client service, customer experience, financial products, goal planning, digital literacy, and regulatory requirements skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, goal orientation, relationship-building, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Full-time onsite work and flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
