Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: On-site full-time in Richmond, BC; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning using knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, and community networking.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking-centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking and group problem solving.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and authenticity.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and travel between nearby banking centres as needed.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
