Senior Product Manager, Vault Operations (AI)

Location: US - Remote. Candidates in the North East within a 2–3 hour travel radius of the Vault in Delaware or the PSA Harborside Office in New Jersey are preferred. Remote, hybrid, and onsite arrangements are considered; candidates within a one-hour commute of an office must be onsite most of the time. Travel may range from 20% to 60%. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $140,971–$228,870 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, reliability, and continuous improvement of PSA Vault and Warehouse Management systems.
• Support Vault Operations and improve inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering to improve handoffs between grading, ProShip, Vault WMS, shipping, and marketplace systems.
• Improve customer experiences for viewing, selling, moving, and shipping vaulted collectibles.
• Translate strategy into priorities, specifications, user stories, metrics, experiments, and coordinated delivery.
• Align executives, product, engineering, grading, marketplace, shipping, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years working on operations products related to shipping, WMS, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, or supply chain.
• Experience shipping and scaling products with measurable operational and business impact, including systems supporting physical operations at scale.
• Strong understanding of receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, inventory, throughput, accuracy, and cost management.
• Ability to analyze data, define success metrics, validate outcomes, and make rigorous product decisions.
• Experience translating operational requirements into technical solutions and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to apply AI and automation to operational workflows and reduce manual work.
