Principal, Product Management Global Data Access Solutions (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with virtual work and in-person responsibilities at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week.

Salary: $168,750–$281,250 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus and, for certain positions, long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for Data Enrichment and related global data access offerings.
• Own the product roadmap by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Lead customer onboarding strategy and scalable delivery models to reduce time to value.
• Evaluate customer-specific requests and decide whether to build, scale, or defer features.
• Translate product initiatives into clear requirements for technical teams and prioritize the product backlog.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, and Delivery on pricing, proofs of concept, go-to-market enablement, and roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in B2B, data, or financial services environments.
• Experience with data products or platforms and understanding of how data is structured, managed, and delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of financial services or credit decisioning environments.
• Strong business judgment and prioritization skills for managing competing demands and high-volume product requests.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, process mapping tools such as Visio, and modern data platforms including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Databricks.

Nice to have

• Experience at a credit bureau, fintech, or organization using regulated credit data.
• Exposure to FCRA-regulated data, identity resolution, or data enrichment solutions.
• Experience with customer onboarding, B2B data or software delivery, sales partnership, or go-to-market enablement.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
