Senior Product Operations Partner, Global (AI & Automation)

Location: Denver, Colorado; 3 days on site required and 2 days flexible. Travel of up to 20% is expected.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 base plus bonus.

What you will do

• Own and improve Product operating rhythms, leadership forums, governance workflows, calendars, decision records, and follow-through mechanisms.
• Coordinate document publishing, metadata, versioning, permissions, library administration, release tracking, and post-publishing quality checks.
• Identify repetitive or high-friction workflows and build, launch, monitor, and iterate AI-enabled automations, templates, agents, and self-service tools.
• Use Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Planner to improve information flow and reduce manual effort.
• Translate leadership decisions into concise communications, resource hubs, automated updates, and repeatable information-sharing mechanisms.
• Own and continuously improve Product onboarding resources, operating-model guidance, tool references, and reusable onboarding journeys.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Technical Program Management, Management Consulting, knowledge management, digital workplace enablement, or related operating roles.
• Experience taking ambiguous operational problems through implementation, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, workflow, or productivity tools to real business processes.
• Strong systems thinking, pattern recognition, written and verbal communication, judgment, and discretion.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and partner across a matrixed, globally distributed organization.
• Ability to work from the Denver office three days per week and travel up to 20% as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in capital projects, construction, infrastructure, data centers, utilities, natural resources, or other mission-critical industries.
• Experience administering SharePoint libraries, information architecture, publishing workflows, metadata, or content lifecycle practices.
• Experience with change management, globally distributed organizations, and post-launch usage or operational measurement.
