Senior TPM for Industrial Programs (Robotics)

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Lead operational readiness and process rollout for hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments.
• Coordinate suppliers and unit ramp planning across prototype, pilot, and production phases.
• Manage scale-up execution from initial builds through high-volume production, tracking yield, throughput, and quality targets.
• Drive certification and compliance schedules, including CE, UL, FCC, or equivalent approvals.
• Coordinate handoffs between prototype validation and commercial launch while maintaining quality and readiness standards.
• Build supplier scorecards, production readiness reviews, manufacturing milestone plans, process controls, and production documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, or supply chain program leadership.
• Experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype through production, preferably in robotics, consumer electronics, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of NPI, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Experience managing certification and compliance schedules across complex programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple supplier relationships under aggressive production timelines.
• Strong data-driven communication skills and the ability to present production metrics to executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract manufacturing partnerships and offshore supplier management.
• Familiarity with robotics or electromechanical systems manufacturing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence experience.
• Startup experience scaling hardware from 0 to 1,000+ units.
