Director, Human Resource – Interconnect Solutions Operations

Location: Hybrid role based at one of the Interconnect Solutions plants in the United States: Forest Grove, OR; Santa Ana, CA; San Diego, CA; Chippewa Falls, WI; Sterling, VA; Stafford, CT; North Jackson, OH; or Syracuse, NY. Frequent business travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead the human resource and talent strategy across eight Interconnect Solutions manufacturing sites.
• Direct employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and HR program implementation.
• Drive organizational development, organizational design, change leadership, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Support business imperatives including growth, margin improvement, acquisitions, diligence, and integration.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight HR Managers and nine HR Generalists.
• Partner with corporate HR centers of expertise to standardize HR policies, processes, and talent programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least seven years of experience across the full spectrum of HR disciplines in manufacturing and multi-state or multi-site operations.
• Ability to work from one of the listed U.S. Interconnect Solutions plants and travel frequently for business needs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including applicable requirements in NY, CA, WI, OR, CT, OH, or VA.
• Manufacturing experience and critical employee relations experience are required; SHRM or HRCI certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, leadership, facilitation, communication, change management, and problem-solving skills.

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
