Learning & Development Professional (Instructional Design)

What you will do

• Convert self-paced training modules into a comprehensive instructor-led training program.
• Partner with subject matter experts to reorganize, refine, and improve training content.
• Develop trainer guides, PowerPoint presentations, practice activities, and other learning resources.
• Review content for process gaps, outdated screenshots, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Use Confluence to research, develop, and validate training content.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related Learning & Development field.
• Experience creating clear, accessible documentation and learning content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing facilitator guides, presentations, practice activities, or similar training materials.
• Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics, synthesize information, and communicate it clearly.
