Project Manager (New Product Introduction)

Location: On-site at least four days per week at hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-complexity new product introduction and change-management projects.
• Define project charters, scope, work breakdown structures, milestones, gate reviews, and launch-readiness plans.
• Coordinate business, technical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, resources, budgets, risks, issues, approvals, documentation, and decision logs.
• Establish communication plans, provide stakeholder updates, escalate risks, and drive decisions to closure.
• Use project-management tools and coach team members on processes, collaboration, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of project-management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must work on-site at least four days per week in Maplewood, Minnesota.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment-visa sponsorship.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical problem-solving, organization, and self-direction.
• Experience leading large cross-functional project teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Five years of new product commercialization experience.
