What you will do

• Inspect incoming products and engineering items for compliance with customer and internal quality standards.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings, ISO procedures, and industry specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, microscopes, height gauges, and other handheld measuring and test equipment.
• Own the Material Review Board process, coordinating vendor returns, rework, and scrap dispositions.
• Support Quality Engineers with containment activities, first article inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Complete inspection documentation in the ERP system and identify opportunities to reduce inspection cycle time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience as a quality inspector, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, microscopes, and height gauges.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings, ISO procedures, and industry specifications with minimal guidance.
• Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, judgment, independent-work, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with populated PCB assemblies; IPC-A-610 certification is preferred. CMM experience is also preferred.
