hirify.global’s Sensors & Controls Division develops sensors, actuators, fluid controls, motion control subsystems, and structural components for commercial aerospace, defense, and industrial platforms.

What you will do

  • Develop, apply, and refine quality standards, inspection criteria, and procedures for receiving, in-process, and final product evaluation.
  • Analyze production data and nonconformances, determine dispositions, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and process stability.
  • Provide technical support to inspection and production teams by interpreting specifications and resolving quality issues.
  • Address quality concerns with customers, vendors, and internal departments while preparing product assurance documentation.
  • Participate in customer, vendor, and internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify quality trends and recommend improvements to standards, test methods, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality support.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and regulatory standards such as GLP, GMP, ISO, and Six Sigma.
  • Experience analyzing production data, evaluating nonconformances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong quality documentation, product assurance, analytical, problem-solving, and technical interpretation skills.
  • Ability to support audits and collaborate with production teams, customers, and vendors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
