Founding Team Builder (Construction Automation)

What you will do

• Build and curate a network of hundreds and eventually thousands of exceptional engineers.
• Find, meet, and develop genuine long-term relationships with high-quality technical talent.
• Research candidates' work and create personalized outreach and engagement strategies.
• Host dinners and events that connect prospective candidates with the company team.
• Convince exceptional candidates to join hirify.global and maintain relationships until the timing is right.
• Work directly with the CEO and engineering leaders on the company's most important hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Strong ability to identify exceptional talent through conversations and demonstrated judgment.
• Evidence of bringing exceptional people into a company, lab, team, or community; recruiting experience is not required.
• Hunter mentality, creativity, persistence, and strong relationship-building ability.
• Ability to sell the company's mission with genuine conviction.
• Extreme ownership of hiring outcomes and willingness to work beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Technical or engineering background, including familiarity with launch vehicles or power plants.
• Experience building a company, team, or community and attracting strong contributors.
• Existing network in aerospace, robotics, motorsports, or other industries with strong hardware engineering talent.
