Electrical Design Engineer (Analog PCB Design)

What you will do

• Design analog, mixed-signal, and digital electronics for next-generation reticle inspection tools.
• Define electrical system and subsystem design specifications with system and functional engineers.
• Design PCBs through the full lifecycle, from schematics and layout to manufacturing.
• Integrate, bring up, characterize, and validate electronic subsystems.
• Work with vendors and contractors to deliver reliable subsystems that meet design specifications.
• Review and improve designs involving sensors, image acquisition, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC.

Requirements

• Experience with OrCAD or similar CAD tools and electronic simulation tools.
• Experience in analog, mixed-signal, and digital design, including ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters, operational amplifiers, and sensors.
• Experience with low-noise analog design; instrumentation and high-voltage design are valuable.
• Experience using EE laboratory tools for bring-up, characterization, design validation, and PCBA troubleshooting.
• Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC fundamentals.
• Doctorate with no related experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
