Professional Services Engineer II (AI Automation)

Location: Remote within the United States West region; must be based in MST or PST.

Target annual earnings: $120,000–$145,000, including salary and commission.

What you will do

• Scope customer automation Stories and workflows, identify blockers, and define research areas.
• Analyze customer tools, processes, and pain points to establish automation roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready workflows in customer Tines tenants using APIs.
• Demonstrate workflow concepts, wire-frame solutions with customers, and guide test planning.
• Review and optimize customer workflows while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engagement Management, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or similar automation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consultancy skills and experience serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Experience interpreting API documentation and troubleshooting integrations with security or IT tools.
• Experience with API authentication methods including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Understanding of LLMs, agents, automation models, their capabilities and limitations, and prompt design.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
