What you will do

• Build LLM-powered features from prototyping and prompt design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Design autonomous agent architectures with planning, tool use, memory, orchestration, guardrails, and feedback loops.
• Develop scalable, highly available backend services and APIs that securely connect AI agents with internal and external systems.
• Establish evaluation strategies, quality metrics, cost monitoring, latency budgets, observability, and production safeguards for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, AI/ML practitioners, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcome-driven solutions.
• Mentor engineers and improve development practices through automation, AI-assisted tools, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade software systems.
• Experience taking LLM-powered features from prototype to production, including prompt engineering, evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including reasoning loops, tool use, memory and context management, and orchestration.
• Strong experience building large-scale backend services and APIs with modern languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM operations, including token economics, latency optimization, model routing, caching, and cost management.
• Understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, deployment, observability, continuous delivery, and high availability.
