What you will do

Manage federated BIM models for assigned projects.
Conduct clash detection, track issues, and support resolution workflows.
Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, naming conventions, worksets, and file structures.
Support common data environment uploads and document control procedures.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings, reporting, and BIM Task Team KPI monitoring.
Provide technical support to project teams and facilitate digital coordination.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of BIM modeling or coordination experience.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Understanding of Level of Development and model-based workflows.
Strong technical accuracy, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
