TL;DR

Architectural Technician (Revit) (Building Design): Developing practical layouts, test fits, massing studies, and coordinated Revit models and drawings for commercial, industrial, residential, and data centre projects with an accent on multidisciplinary coordination, code compliance, and technical documentation. Focus on producing architectural plans and details, resolving clashes with structural and MEP disciplines, and creating presentation drawings, 3D views, and renders.

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international project delivery across project and development services, data centres, and building engineering.

What you will do

Develop building layouts, test fits, space plans, site plans, massing studies, and area schedules across commercial, industrial, residential, and data centre projects.
Build and maintain coordinated architectural models and documentation in Revit, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and support clash resolution.
Produce presentation drawings, diagrams, 3D views, and renders for client reports and bids.
Apply relevant building, fire, planning, and accessibility requirements to project work.
Complete quality checks, track time accurately, meet agreed programmes, and flag delivery issues early.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
3–5 years of experience in an architectural practice, design consultancy, or multidisciplinary design environment.
Strong experience developing practical, efficient architectural layouts and producing design and documentation portfolios across multiple building typologies.
Proficiency in Revit, working knowledge of AutoCAD, and understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
Knowledge of building codes, fire safety regulations, accessibility standards, and integration with structural and building services disciplines.
Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, or V-Ray.
Experience with data centres, industrial, commercial, or other technically complex projects.
Experience collaborating with international project teams.
