Field Reimbursement Manager (Biotech)

What you will do

• Support healthcare provider offices in obtaining appropriate access to hirify.global and Alliance products for patients.
• Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans for products and customer accounts.
• Provide payer, reimbursement process, and specialty pharmacy support for physician offices, including Dupixent access.
• Maintain expertise in local and national payer landscapes, specialty pharmacy networks, and utilization management criteria.
• Build relationships with healthcare provider offices and resolve payer coverage barriers in line with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with sales organizations, medical specialists, payer teams, and Alliance partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics.
• At least 2 years of reimbursement experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience with products delivered through a specialty pharmacy network.
• Knowledge of commercial insurers, managed care, government and federal payer sectors, CMS policies, and Medicare Part D.
• Knowledge of integrated delivery networks and integrated health systems.
• Strong collaboration, proactive communication, organization, project management, and account management skills.

• Leadership experience and effective cross-functional partnership.
• Background supporting healthcare provider offices with medical coding and claims or billing processes.
