Field Reimbursement Manager, Allergy-ENT - Boston North

Location: US (Remote); field-based coverage of the Boston North territory, including Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. Approximately 50% travel is required within the assigned geography, including HCP office visits and meetings.

What you will do

• Serve as the field subject matter expert on patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and alternative funding options for Dupixent.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay, vendors, and Alliance colleagues to coordinate patient pull-through efforts.
• Educate healthcare office personnel on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free-drug programs, and financial assistance.
• Plan and implement geographic business plans supporting appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Monitor local and national payer landscapes, specialty pharmacy requirements, and utilization-management criteria.
• Conduct compliant HCP office visits, resolve escalated access issues, and help reduce cycle time and improve patient conversion.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another relevant industry.
• Strong strategic-thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrix and co-promote environment.
• Ability to adapt to change, work in a fast-paced environment, meet compliance requirements, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to meetings, trainings, programs, and other activities within the assigned geography.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
