Salary: $207,000–$226,500 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

  • Educate healthcare providers and office staff on coverage requirements, coding, billing, prior authorization, reimbursement, and financial assistance for IBRX products.
  • Serve as the reimbursement and market access expert for an assigned geography and communicate policy and process changes to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and resolve reimbursement and access challenges for aligned providers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about IBRX HUB Support Services and track and analyze HUB portal data.
  • Plan strategic interactions at industry conferences and provide face-to-face and virtual customer support.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, HUB services, and other cross-functional partners while supporting training and business projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 12+ years of US pharmaceutical industry or healthcare-focused reimbursement experience.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing market access experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, commercial insurance reimbursement, HCPCS Level I/II, and ICD-10 billing codes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Current valid driver’s license and ability to maintain the required vehicle insurance and pass motor vehicle record checks.

Nice to have

  • Oncology or urology specialty product buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
  • Clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge of complex disease states.
