Senior Salesforce Application Architect (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable applications for case management, field service operations, and user engagement.
• Conduct Salesforce org health assessments and recommend improvements based on Salesforce best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, integrations, impact analysis, release readiness, and application security initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while guiding teams through secure application development lifecycle practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing.
• 2–3 Salesforce certifications and strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certification and enterprise-level Salesforce implementation experience.
• Agile development experience.
• Oracle SQL development and performance tuning experience.
• DevOps experience with automated builds, regression and smoke testing, and multi-environment deployments.
• Database certifications and experience troubleshooting complex system issues.
