Salesforce Solution Architect (ITSM)

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario. Certain roles may require up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Advise clients on industry best practices and facilitate business process reviews to identify requirements.
• Translate customer needs into Salesforce architectures using declarative configuration and minimizing custom development.
• Design and deliver solutions across ITSM, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Prepare technical requirements and specifications, guide UX design, and coordinate with technical delivery teams.
• Lead enterprise projects, customer communications, end-user training, documentation, and project completion.
• Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• 3+ years leading implementations with ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow, plus ITSM/ITIL experience.
• Expertise designing Service Cloud solutions with Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Ability to document requirements and understand solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience leading enterprise deployments, release and multi-environment management, SDLC ownership, integrations, and original code development.

• Solution architecture expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications.
• Experience improving business processes with Salesforce and building strong client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
