Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems

What you will do

• Own the unified hardware execution plan across Radar and RF development teams, including requirements, milestones, dependencies, builds, readiness gates, and production commitments.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, customer programs, and software-support needs within one executable plan.
• Translate approved priorities into work packages, schedules, operating cadences, readiness reviews, and measurable milestones.
• Validate resource commitments, dependencies, schedule assumptions, and risks; communicate progress and escalate conflicts or execution gaps.
• Lead cross-functional phase-gate reviews from feasibility through production, coordinating deliverables, signoffs, decisions, and open actions.
• Coordinate ISO, quality-system, certification, and compliance audits, including readiness, findings closure, and maintenance of required certifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex hardware development programs, technical programs, or cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Strong understanding of hardware product-development lifecycles and experience with radar/RF, electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, FPGA, systems integration, manufacturing, or related technical teams.
• Experience leading hardware phase-gate reviews and coordinating requirements, design, qualification, and production-readiness reviews.
• Experience managing supplier, component, long-lead material, prototype, test-equipment, and manufacturing dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, PLM systems, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead through influence, challenge unrealistic timelines, align senior stakeholders, and work credibly with technical leaders without owning architecture or technical decisions.
